The Real Estate Market as a Roller Coaster

For you literalists out there, here's a clever little animation posted in April of 2007. Someone took a graph of the U.S. real estate market and used it to plot a roller coaster, which you can "ride" (in a virtual, YouTube sort of way). It's interesting to look at this a year later knowing what the next leg of the ride is going to look like.
